I have come to chew bubble gum and spread communism. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

What are some good tips for arguing with people who don't know what they're talking about? The kind of people who think "communism failed". Every time I try to argue with these people, they refuse to acknowledge any of my points as even remotely legitimate. Even if I can't convince them I'm right, I can usually argue with libertarians, but (sorry for the generalization but) conservatives in particular seem to think they're right and any evidence to the contrary is inherently false.

I have always found conservatives the hardest to convert, as they are always so set in their beliefs that they always have some patriotic argument that they default to.

People have such a skewed idea of what any socialist ideology is. Most of them have never heard of mutualism, syndicalism, AnColl, or AnCom.

I usually avoid talking to them because it's impossible to convert about 80% of them.
